About the Role

Dorringtons is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Sandwich Platter Preparer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sandwiches and platter orders to an exceptional standard, ensuring every product meets our quality, presentation, and freshness expectations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced food environment, and values maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble sandwiches and platter orders to company standards
  • Ensure all products are presented attractively and consistently
  • Package orders carefully, maintaining freshness and quality
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation
  • Assist the wider bakery team when required
  • Support stock rotation and minimise waste
