Dorothy House seeks Community Care Worker to deliver compassionate, in-home care as part of our Hospice at Home team. You will support patients in a community setting, including end-of-life care, with full training provided and no prior experience required.
You will travel within our catchment area, using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement; shifts cover day hours, with weekend work as needed, and a supportive multi-professional team under supervision.
