Full Time - 37.5 hours over 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Location: Winsley, Wiltshire.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a values-led organisation. In this role you will work collaboratively with leaders to shape workforce strategy, develop high-performing teams and create positive workplace cultures. At Dorothy House Hospice Care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As an HR Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted strategic partner to leaders and managers across the organisation, helping to deliver innovative people solutions that support organisational performance, employee wellbeing and exceptional patient care.

You'll work closely with colleagues across our Workforce Team, supporting key people initiatives across areas including organisational development, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management and leadership development. WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

  • Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders and management teams across designated service areas.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of workforce and people strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations, organisational change, performance management, wellbeing and workforce planning.
  • Leading and supporting change programmes including restructures, organisational reviews, consultations and service redesign initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capability and people management practices.
  • Supporting organisational development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Using workforce data and people analytics to identify trends and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies, governance frameworks and best practice people solutions.
  • Supporting workforce transformation, recruitment strategies and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and culture.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies and people practices.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law, including experience managing complex employee relations matters, consultations and organisational change.
  • Experience partnering with managers and leaders to deliver effective people-focused solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use workforce data to inform decision making.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coaching and supporting managers through people-related challenges and change.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development within Human Resources.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and values-led environment.
  • CIPD Chartered Membership (or working towards).
  • Experience working within healthcare, social care, charity or other regulated environments.
  • Experience of organisational design, workforce strategy, reward frameworks or wellbeing initiatives.
