  • Supporting holistic rehabilitative palliative care across Dorothy House services
  • Contributing to policy, pathway and service development
  • Participating in audit, evaluation and service improvement activity
  • Supporting and mentoring students, volunteers and junior team members
  • Line managing and supervising staff where appropriate, including PDRs and development planning
  • Maintaining accurate, professional clinical records in line with HCPC standards

You will need to travel to patients' home addresses, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Dorothy House is an incredible place to work. Some of the benefits we offer include:

  • 27 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days and then 33 days with length of service
  • Excellent industry‐leading training with a focus on career development
  • Pension with Life Assurance

  • 45p per mile for work travel
