Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Safeguarding training (Level 2 minimum)
Experience working with children aged 0–5
Experience of working as a team to support families
Experience working with parents and families
Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
Understanding of inclusion, safeguarding, and responsive care
Ability to support and develop children’s learning & opportunities for experiences
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and colleagues
Ability to plan, assess, and maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
Good organisational and record-keeping skills
