- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (orabove)
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Safeguarding training (Level 2 minimum)
- Experience working with children aged 0–5Experience of working as a team to support families
- Experience working with parents and familiesStrong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
- Understanding of inclusion, safeguarding, and responsive care
- Ability to support and develop children’s learning & opportunities for experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, andcolleagues
- Ability to plan, assess, and maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills
