As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you’ll be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests — delivering hospitality with a smile, supporting your colleagues, and taking pride in every detail.

What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our food and beverage service, supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner operations.

You will be responsible for: Providing the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all needs and expectations are met.

Preparing and setting up food and beverage areas for service.

Keeping the restaurant and beverage areas clean and tidy at all times.

Greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in your designated area.

Offering menu recommendations and upselling products when appropriate.

Processing payments for food and drinks accurately and efficiently.

Being knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions.

Assisting with any reasonable guest requests and helping them enjoy their stay.

Ensuring any guest concerns are resolved courteously and reporting issues to the Duty Manager.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who are passionate about great service and work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You’ll have: A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Great communication and teamwork abilities.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A willingness to learn and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.

Previous experience in a similar role is helpful, but not essential — full training will be provided.
