Join Dornan's growing team in London as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will drive hiring initiatives in the UK and Europe. The role will be based in our London office, located in South Kensington.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, Engineering and Construction.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape and deliver sourcing strategies.
  • Use internal ATS along with external tools like LinkedIn Recruiter / Indeed / Job Boards to proactively engage top talent.
  • Build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Share market insights and recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Engineering or Construction recruitment experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting across Ireland, UK & Europe.
