Kantor Energy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team, supporting innovative and sustainable heat network and energy projects across the UK. With over 12 years’ experience delivering low‑carbon energy solutions, Kantor combines the agility of a specialist engineering contractor with the strength and backing of the wider Dornan Engineering Group.

The Role

  • Support the design and delivery of a range of heat network and energy infrastructure projects, working across both office and site environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Electrical design and project delivery for heat network projects
  • Supporting procurement and supplier engagement
  • Acting as lead electrical engineer on live projects
  • Site‑based engineering support across London projects
  • Reviewing and reporting on project performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, ideally within the energy sector
  • Strong understanding of LV power systems and associated infrastructure
  • Experience with cable sizing software such as Amtech
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or similar design tools
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Interest in sustainable energy and full project lifecycle delivery
