We are seeking an MEP Project Manager to join a major Healthcare Project in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile site, leading project delivery and helping drive project excellence from start to completion.

The Role

  • Lead and coordinate MEP project activities from design through to commissioning and handover.
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, programme, budget, and quality requirements are achieved.
  • Review MEP designs and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including subcontractor and supplier management.
  • Monitor project progress and implement mitigation measures to address risks and delays.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Promote and maintain high Health & Safety standards across all project activities.
  • Support commissioning, project close-out, and handover activities.
  • Lead and develop project engineering and site management teams.
  • Drive project best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP project delivery matters.

About You

Your Experience

  • Strong project management experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale construction projects.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project controls.
  • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience working within the construction industry.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
