Office Administrator - Kings Cross

Real PM, a Turner Company, is a specialist project and programme management consultancy based in London, supporting clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors in the UK and internationally. As part of Turner Construction, Real PM combines the specialist, hands-on approach of a London consultancy with access to the expertise, resources and global reach of one of the world's leading construction organisations.

Based in King's Cross, London, this is an exciting opportunity to support the Office & Admin Manager, as an Office Administrator, on the day-to-day running of the office, the wider team and providing some part-time PA support to a senior Executive.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You could be organising meetings and travel one day, helping prepare a presentation the next, or supporting the team with an urgent business request. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being at the centre of a busy office and wants to learn, develop and take on more responsibility as they grow into the role.

  • This role is expected to be 5 days in the office due to the nature of the role, the flexibilty can be discussed in interview**

Your day will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and helping maintain a professional and welcoming working environment
  • Welcoming visitors, coordinating meeting rooms and providing light reception support
  • Providing PA support including diary and meeting management, travel and accommodation arrangements, expenses and document preparation
  • Preparing presentations, reports and other business documents
  • Supporting the wider team with expenses, research, data collation, Excel reports and general administration
  • Managing office and kitchen supplies, recurring orders and supplier relationships
  • Assisting with internal events, company communications, meetings and office initiatives
  • Responding to varied day-to-day requests and helping wherever support is needed across the business

About You

  • Previous experience within an administration, office support or similar role
  • Naturally organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership and using their initiative rather than waiting to be asked
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional, personable and confident communicating with colleagues, visitors and senior stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly when something urgent comes up
