At Dornan, we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager for a site in Surrey.
Your day to day will include:
- Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services from initial client engagement through to final handover and the end of the warranty period. The role is critical in ensuring project delivery meets service, profitability, technical, and client satisfaction goals.
- As a key representative of the company, the MEP Project Manager is expected to embody and promote the company's values of integrity, dependability, safety, pride, and quality.
What we are looking for:
- In-depth understanding of MEP systems in construction, design coordination, and installation.
- Proven experience in managing MEP works on complex construction projects.
- Commercial awareness and cost control of MEP packages.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems specific to MEP works.
- Ability to evaluate and manage internal and external team capabilities.
