Join Dornan's growing team in London as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will drive hiring initiatives in the UK and Europe. The role will be based in our London office, located in South Kensington.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, Engineering and Construction.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape and deliver sourcing strategies.
- Use internal ATS along with external tools like LinkedIn Recruiter / Indeed / Job Boards to proactively engage top talent.
- Build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Share market insights and recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Engineering or Construction recruitment experience is essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience recruiting across Ireland, UK & Europe.
