The Role
Join Dornan's Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme to gain hands-on experience working on live projects while developing key commercial and cost management skills through structured training, mentorship and guidance.
This Programme ensures that graduates gain exposure to all areas of quantity surveying within a live construction environment, helping participants build confidence, technical ability and leadership skills.
Your day-to-day will include
- Supporting pre-contract cost control and documentation activities.
- Producing fully priced and detailed bills of quantities, labour hours and material schedules.
- Reporting project progression updates to senior management teams.
- Assisting commercial teams with day-to-day financial management activities.

Who can apply
- Working towards, or have already attained, a Quantity Surveying Degree or related discipline (Level 8) in the past 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a project delivery environment.
