At Dornan we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor for a site in London. Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of various subcontractors, foreman and chargehands.
- Establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project.
- Take responsibility for supervising and coordinating with all other crafts working on a job site to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify and ensure that all necessary resources are available.
- Ensure construction is carried out accurately, following plans.
- Conduct quality control inspections on project sites.
- Ensure that activities are properly coordinated.
- Ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Analyse and quickly resolve any work problems that may arise and ensure that all deficiencies on any given project are corrected in a timely manner.
- Train employees and apprentices to provide them with relevant work experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate site reports.
- Complete all other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time by your manager.
