At Dornan we are currently recruiting for a BIM Manager to work on allocated projects in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project BIM Coordinators and manage workload of Revit Technicians.
- Coordinate with Dornan Engineers, Design Teams, and 3rd-party contractors.
- Work with the BIM Manager to plan project programmes and BIM delivery strategies.
- Chair weekly coordination meetings and workshops, producing minutes and tracking actions.
- Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Project BIM Implementation Plan (BIP).
- Support the UK BIM Manager in developing company BIM standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of the Project BIM Manager role.
- Effective planning and programming skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent IT skills: Revit, Navisworks, Excel, Fabrication MEP.
- Good commercial awareness and knowledge of HSE systems.
