Are you a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of sourcing Engineering and Construction professionals internationally?

Join Dornan's growing Talent Acquisition team and take on a specialist recruitment role focused on connecting

European Construction and Engineering talent with career opportunities in Australia through our partner company, CIMIC Group .

This is an exciting opportunity to support international talent mobility, identifying and engaging skilled professionals across Europe who are interested in taking the next step in their careers in Australia.

The role can be based in either our Cork office or our London office.

The Role

  • Own end-to-end recruitment of

Construction and Engineering professionals across Europe for opportunities with CIMIC Group in Australia .

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality professionals across key European markets.
  • Work closely with

CIMIC Group stakeholders in Australia to understand current and future hiring requirements.

  • Proactively source talent using our internal ATS alongside

Linked In Recruiter, Indeed and specialist industry job boards .

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of European Construction and Engineering professionals interested in relocating to Australia.
  • Promote Australian career opportunities and engage candidates on the professional and lifestyle benefits of making an international move.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement and assessment through to offer and mobilisation.
  • Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to support a smooth candidate journey and international relocation process.
  • Provide regular market insights, pipeline updates and recruitment metrics to support hiring and workforce planning.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in

Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment .

International recruitment experience is required, ideally with experience placing candidates into the Australian market.

  • Strong experience proactively sourcing talent across the UK and/or European markets .
  • Experience recruiting within the

Construction, Engineering or related technical sectors is highly desirable.

  • Experience recruiting candidates for international relocation would be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent candidate engagement skills, with the ability to communicate compelling international career opportunities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with hiring teams or clients internationally.
  • Strong expertise in

Linked In Recruiter and other direct sourcing platforms.

  • A proactive, commercially minded and results-driven approach, with the ability to develop talent pipelines in competitive markets.
