The Dornan Group is seeking Quantity Surveyors to join our commercial team on projects in the London area, including works up to £150,000,000.
You will take ownership of cost planning, take-offs, and cost reporting, ensuring value and profitability.
You will measure from drawings, prepare monthly valuations, manage subcontract packages, monitor costs and earned value, and align with our HSE standards while developing your skills toward RICS competencies.
