At Dornan we are currently recruiting for a mechanical supervisor for a project in Tolworth, Surbiton. Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role? Find out below.
Your day to day will include:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of various subcontractors, foreman and chargehands.
- Establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project.
- Taking responsibility for supervising and coordinating with all other crafts working on a job site to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identifying and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and conducting quality control inspections on project sites.
- Analyses and quickly resolves any work problems that may arise and ensures that all deficiencies are addressed.
