Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in our Head Office, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing L&D team as a Learning & Development Coordinator, supporting the delivery of our L&D strategy and creating a seamless learning experience for employees. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll coordinate training programmes, manage systems, and act as a key point of contact for all L&D activity across the business.

Your day will include:

  • Coordinate and deliver training programmes (virtual & in-person), including logistics, scheduling, and communications
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training records, and reporting on compliance, CPD, and engagement
  • Support employees, managers, and trainers with training queries, enrolments, and learning initiatives
  • Assist with L&D events, content updates, and continuous improvement of processes

About You:

  • 1–3 years' experience in L&D, HR, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience with LMS and confidence working with data and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
