At Dornan, we are currently recruiting for General Operatives to work on a large pharma project in the Midlands area. Your day to day will include:
- Assisting Trades
- Ensuring adequate materials are available
- Uncrating and weathering equipment
- Assistance with fabrication of pipework
- Assistance with installation of pipework and bracketry
- Ensuring work area is clean and tidy at all times
- General housekeeping duties
- Moving finished assets to storage
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time by your manager
- Operating and carrying out job set tasks
- Ensuring you have been briefed and understand all relevant risk and method statements
- Using best/safe practice on all tasks carried out
- Checking on any equipment that may be used
- Ensuring a safe and tidy place of work
- Implementing best practice procedures and maximising use of your own working time
- Ensuring signed up to all permits and briefings before commencing any work
