At Dornan we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a major Data Centre Project in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile site, leading Electrical delivery and helping drive project excellence from start to completion. Your day will include: You'll join a hardworking, ambitious, and supportive team where your ideas matter and your development is genuinely prioritised. Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate and deliver electrical works to the highest standards. You'll help plan and sequence activities, support supervision of site teams, and ensure all works meet programme requirements, technical specifications, and Dornan's safety standards. Your work will span planning, overseeing labour and materials, monitoring progress, maintaining quality and compliance, and ensuring safe, efficient site
operations. You'll be involved in everything from short-term lookaheads and cost awareness to supporting commissioning, handover, and collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams. You will also play a key part in maintaining site discipline, supporting apprentices, ensuring equipment and materials are effectively managed, and escalating any issues that impact productivity or scope. About You You bring proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on Data Centre projects. You have strong technical knowledge of Electrical building services - including power distribution, lighting, containment, fire alarm, and life safety systems - and the capability to manage subcontractors, workforce planning, and programme delivery in a fast-moving environment.
