The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.
Lead and coordinate clinical and statistical support, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance. Allocate and manage statistical resources across projects, balancing priorities. Support new product development through timely analysis, and strong experimental design. Ensure analyses, reports and sampling plans meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Provide statistical and clinical input to regulatory submissions. Develop, coach and supervise the statistics team, setting direction, goals and development plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimally degree qualified in a technical subject (typically a statistics or maths based subject).
- Strong expertise in statistics, analysis and performance measurement, gained through leading projects or teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
- Experience working in a regulated or operationally complex environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing), along with experience using SAS or other statistical analysis software, is advantageous.
