Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, is seeking skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team in DY, WV, B and WR. Your role will be hands-on and problem-solving-oriented, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency, and maintaining preventative maintenance at customer sites.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Travel to various customer locations to service Linde forklifts and other state-of-the-art material handling equipment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional support, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
  • Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer, especially forklift technicians, plant fitters, plant technicians, or vehicle technicians.
  • Desirable experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners.
  • Ideally hold an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, though not essential.
  • Comfortable using IT equipment for accurate record keeping and order placement.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
