We have an exciting opportunity for an Aboriginal Site Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services Team, based on site at Perth Airport, supporting the Perth Airport Upgrade Project. This role will work closely with the project team, providing administrative support for the project. It will include:

  • Daily collection and checking of site-based documents including subcontractor/supplier dockets and invoices.
  • Processing on month’s end; including data entry into JD Edwards.
  • Ensuring appropriate plant documentation is received and processed accordingly.
  • Procurement tasks including purchase orders, job set up and job cost coding.
  • Ensuring that all accounts payable documents are processed as required.
  • Assist with debt collection and client liaison.
  • Onboarding administration for people mobilising to site.
  • General administration support to the project team.

This role is an Indigenous identified position and advertised as per Section 51 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984.

You will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, in a construction or maintenance site-based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts. In addition:

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention-to-detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
