This role is a 15‑month FTC. At TJX Europe, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, valued and well. We’re looking for an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager to develop and deliver our Occupational Health provision across the UK and Ireland.
From partnering with providers and improving processes, to supporting complex cases and guiding HR teams, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right support is in place when it matters most. You’ll use data to spot trends, inspire change, and help us build a more proactive, inclusive approach to wellbeing — including areas like reasonable adjustments and neurodiversity support.
