What you will do in the role

  • Role and Interaction with Players: Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest.
  • Provide Information: Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Assist with Equipment: Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have a great time.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations.
  • Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards.

Physical Requirements

Let’s be real—this isn’t your typical desk job! Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Lift and Move Things: You’ll be lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying is essential.
  • On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
  • Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential.
  • Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
