We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Raising Specialist to drive investor engagement and raise capital for our alternative investment and direct investment offerings. The ideal candidate will possess an established client book of investors actively deploying capital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capital Raising: Drive capital‑raising efforts for our alternative investment and direct investment mandates.
  • Investor Relations: Leverage your existing client book to identify and engage with high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, institutional investors, and other private capital allocators. Utilise resources at Apex to grow and develop your allocator engagement.
  • Deal Structuring: Present and position our offering, ensuring alignment with investor mandates.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends across alternative investments and related sectors to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with investors and GP’s, providing ongoing support and updates.
Requirements
  • Existing Client Book: Must have an active network of investors with a proven track record of raising capital.
  • Communication: Strong ability to articulate complex financial products and investment strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Drive: Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently while meeting fundraising targets.
  • Experience: Previous experience within Capital Raising and/or Marketing & IR.
