Role Overview

Veterinary Surgeon at Cinque Ports Veterinary Group in Kent. Full‑time and part‑time options available, no out‑of‑hours shifts. Salary up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a mix of consults, operational shifts and periods of sole charge, working on a wide range of challenging cases.
  • Carry out consults and surgeries in fully equipped surgical suites.
  • Perform surgeries and diagnostics using dental and digital x‑ray, ultrasound and in‑house blood analysis.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of vets specialising in surgery, radiography, anaesthesia, ophthalmology, dermatology and dentistry.
  • Choose to work from Rye, Tenterden or Hawkhurst practices, with an option to spend one day per week at Kingsnorth Hospital.

Qualifications

  • RCVS registered veterinary surgeon.
  • Experience with both consults and surgeries, with confidence as sole charge.
  • Strong team player with a passion for outstanding quality care to patients and clients.
