What you’ll do You will own the transformation partnership from vision to value - shaping strategy, winning belief, enabling execution, and embedding repeatable excellence. As an embedded leader within the customer’s transformation programme, you will bridge commercial ambition with delivery implementation, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and remove obstacles to momentum. You will also develop and scale our transformation IP, methodologies, and standard procedures across our customer base to elevate quality and unlock consistent success!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transformation and the partnership from start to finish - from initial pre-sales planning through delivery, adoption, and value realisation.
  • Connect commercial goals and delivery efforts, ensuring the vision sold is the vision delivered.
  • Develop strong, industry-relevant points of view and convert them into executable transformation roadmaps and success plans.
  • Secure and sustain C-suite confidence, building trusted advisor relationships grounded in clarity, insight, and strategic mentorship.
  • Guide customers in preparing for transformation, covering operating model, capability, governance, and the influence of AI and agentic technologies.
  • Build propositions across Content Supply, Customer Experience, and AI & Innovation in collaboration with the Transformation Delivery team.
  • Partner with licence and services sellers to win groundbreaking platform deals and secure the services partnerships that anchor long-term value.
  • Orchestrate delivery teams, architects, and partners, ensuring build integrity, sequencing, and measurable progress.
  • Act as a key driver in the customer’s transformation delivery programme, modelling standard methodology, resolving blockers, and accelerating momentum.
  • Establish governance and risk routines that keep complex programmes aligned, accountable, and on track.

What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience owning major client transformations from strategy through execution, ideally in professional services. A strong record of securing and growing large-scale business tied to major platform investments. Experience developing others and uplifting capability across consulting, transformation, or delivery teams. Ability to influence and encourage senior executives, securing belief, investment, and alignment. Critical thinking grounded in real-world delivery, including the ability to translate AI-enabled futures into actionable plans. Expertise in transformation disciplines - operating model development, governance, change, and benefits achievement. Comprehensive knowledge of the organisational challenges of AI and agentic workflows, along with the assurance to lead clients through them. Outstanding communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills that drive clarity and confident decisions.
