Join a new and fast‑growing part of Moog’s Turreted Weapons Systems business (TWS‑UK). Moog’s Turreted Weapons System business in the UK (TWS‑UK) is expanding, and we’re looking for an Operations & Finance Coordinator to play a key role in shaping this new and developing area of the business. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, influence how the unit grows, and take on a varied, exciting role with real impact.

In this position, you’ll support the TWS‑UK Business Manager across a wide range of operational and financial activities. You’ll coordinate multiple projects, manage day‑to‑day business operations, and take ownership of the business unit’s financial processes. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and coordinating projects for the business unit, including trade show execution, infrastructure and facilities projects, logistics, document processing, and bid/proposal support.
  • Managing purchase orders, preparing and distributing acknowledgements, reports, invoices, and credit documentation.
  • Overseeing all finance provisioning, invoicing, payments, and managing shared services to ensure smooth BU operations.
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing office‑related expenses and ensuring effective procurement of services and supplies.
  • Working closely with the BU Manager, Facilities Manager and EH&S Coordinator to support maintenance, health & safety, and site activities.
  • Coordinating personnel training activities and managing visitor processes and policies.

What you’ll bring:

  • Associate degree in business/finance with 5 years’ relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience.
  • Strong capability in financial activities and procurement within a business unit.
  • Proven ability to lead small projects and manage multiple ongoing activities.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with managers, team members, internal customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent listening, collaboration, persuasive communication, and written skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, UK business processes, and IT systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP (advantageous).
  • Understanding of MRP systems and export processes, including Incoterms (desirable).
  • Ability to access UK and U.S. (ITAR) export‑controlled information.
