- Provide second and third level technical support on incidents and problems

- Experience or knowledge of operating systems, PKI, anti-virus, firewalls, device and application control, privileged access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring
- Comfortable with scripting e.g. PowerShell, Bash
- Good understanding of non-functional/quality requirements within security toolset designs
- Strong awareness of governance, risk and compliance
- Awareness and understanding of modern technology tools e.g. Git, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and their related security considerations
- Ability to communicate key details of technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
- Ability to plan, design and demonstrate proof of concepts relating to a variety of security toolsets
