  • Provide second and third level technical support on incidents and problems
  • Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
  • Create, maintain, and utilize documentation

  • Consulting, design, implementation and maintenance of security toolsets and integrations
  • Assist the Account Security Team with processes and policies

  • Comfortable with scripting e.g. PowerShell, Bash
  • Good understanding of non-functional/quality requirements within security toolset designs
  • Strong awareness of governance, risk and compliance
  • Awareness and understanding of modern technology tools e.g. Git, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and their related security considerations
  • Ability to communicate key details of technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
  • Ability to plan, design and demonstrate proof of concepts relating to a variety of security toolsets
