Build Your Own Sales Business with Omada.ai. Omada.ai is the AI-powered marketing platform built for small businesses. We handle social media, email marketing, ads, and reputation management — so local business owners can stop being reluctant marketers and get back to doing what they love. We’re venture-backed by HubSpot Ventures and Crosslink Capital, growing fast, and looking for independent, ambitious sales partners across the UK who want to earn serious money introducing local businesses to Omada.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a job — it’s a partnership. As an Omada Territory Sales Partner, you run your own independent sales operation. You choose your hours, your territory, your approach. We provide the product, the resources, and a compensation structure that means you’re never working for free.

  • Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500/week guaranteed minimum — as long as you’re hitting your trial targets. This isn’t commission-only.
  • Commission: £250–£350 per closed account (tier-dependent) with uncapped earnings. Top partners earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month.
  • Structure: Self-employed (sole trader or limited company). You invoice us. You manage your own tax.
  • Location: Your local city. Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Schedule: Entirely your own. Work when it suits you — mornings, evenings, weekends. Your business, your call.

How the Draw Works

We believe in setting our partners up for success. That’s why every Territory Partner receives a guaranteed weekly draw of £500 — as long as you’re generating results.

  • Weeks 1–4: Generate at least 3 free trial signups per week then receive £500 guaranteed that week.
  • Week 5 onward: Generate at least 4 free trial signups per week then receive £500 guaranteed that week.
  • In any week where your commissions from closed accounts exceed £500, you earn the full commission instead.

The draw is ongoing — not just for your first month. Hit your numbers, get paid. Every week. This means you’re never working for nothing while your pipeline builds. Trials convert to paying customers, commissions grow, and the draw becomes your floor — not your ceiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be visiting local businesses — salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, pet groomers, dental practices — and showing them how Omada.ai can handle their marketing while they focus on running their business. A typical approach might look like this:

  • Identify businesses in your area that could benefit from better marketing.
  • Walk in and start a conversation — "Hi, I work with Omada.ai. Who handles your social media?"
  • Show a quick demo on your phone.
  • Offer a 14-day free trial — no risk for them.
  • Follow up — when they convert, you earn your commission.

We provide a resource kit with demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and territory mapping tools. How you use them is entirely up to you.

Who Thrives as a Territory Partner

  • Self-starters who don’t need someone managing their diary.
  • People comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation.
  • Entrepreneurial types who want to build something, not just clock hours.
  • Anyone with sales, field marketing, or B2B experience (helpful but not required).
  • People who want uncapped income tied to their effort, not a salary cap.

What You’ll Need

  • UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC.
  • Smartphone with internet access.
  • Reliable transport or a walkable territory with high business density.
  • The drive to build your own business.

No degree required. No prior sales experience required. If you can hold a conversation and you’re willing to put in the work, we’ll provide the resources to help you succeed.

The Career Path

Omada Sales Territory Partners aren’t capped. Top performers progress through a clear leadership pathway with increasing commission rates, territory ownership, and team-building opportunities:

  • Territory Partner — You’re in the field, closing deals, building your reputation.
  • City Captain — Exclusive city territory, higher commissions, and the opportunity to mentor new partners.
  • State Director — Leading a regional team with override commissions on your team’s closes.
  • Regional Director — Multi-region leadership with premium compensation.
  • Country Manager — Running Omada’s field operation for an entire market.
