Orbit Credit Services is seeking Call Centre Agents to join our team in Telford.

Salary: £26,500.76 (based on a 40-hour working week)

Operational Hours: Shifts vary per client; generally Monday to Friday 8 am – 8 pm. Saturdays (1 in 3 per month) 8 am – 2 pm

31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Location: Telford – TF3 4NT

As a Call Centre Agent you will:

  • Support customers in achieving financial wellbeing
  • Participate in a 3‑week training induction with a dedicated training team
  • Engage customers on inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional service
  • Handle calls involving vulnerable customers, providing solutions with care and empathy

We are looking for team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic and commitment to 5‑star customer service. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service within retail, hospitality, care, or are recent college leavers seeking to kick‑start a career in customer service.

You will have the option of a 37.5 or 40‑hour per week contract, with shift patterns that vary by client.

At Orbit we’re regulated by our clients – any successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic credit check and criminal background check. Candidates with a CCJ, IVA or bankruptcy on their credit file, or who do not have full right to work in the UK, will not proceed to interview stage.
