    • Proactively communicate risks, blockers, trade-offs, and mitigation plans.
    • Support executive-level reporting, steering committee updates, and escalation management.
    • Identify growth opportunities and partner with internal team to build solution proposals.
  • Technical Oversight
    • Provide technical leadership across cloud, data, application, integration, and DevOps workstreams.
    • Work closely with architects, engineers, QA, DevOps, and data teams to validate technical design and delivery feasibility.
    • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, data residency, and operational standards.
    • Review technical dependencies across applications, data pipelines, APIs, environments, and CI/CD processes.
    • Drive production-readiness reviews, performance validation, monitoring, and support handover.
  • Engineering & Agile Execution
    • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Manage delivery through tools such as JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
    • Ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, prioritized, and linked to business outcomes.
    • Track velocity, capacity, defects, risks, dependencies, and release burn-down.
    • Promote disciplined engineering practices, including code quality, peer review, automation, testing, and deployment controls.
  • Data, Cloud & DevOps Delivery
    • Manage delivery across modern data platforms and cloud-native environments.
    • Coordinate data engineering, transformation, ingestion, analytics, and reporting workstreams.
    • Oversee CI/CD pipeline execution, environment readiness, deployment planning, and release validation.
    • Support operational readiness through monitoring, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, software engineering, data platforms, or cloud transformation.
  • 5+ years in a delivery management, technical program management, or technical project leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise customers in an onsite, high-touch delivery model.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, sprint execution, release governance, and production deployment practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with large global enterprise customers.
  • Prior exposure to audit, risk, compliance, financial services, or professional services platforms.
  • Experience managing cloud data platform programs using Azure, Databricks, Fabric, and Power BI.
  • Experience with modernization programs involving .NET, Angular, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployment.
  • Familiarity with operational support, production readiness, observability, performance testing, and incident management.
  • Experience driving value-based delivery, productivity improvement, and AI-enabled engineering adoption.
