As we continue to grow our client base and support increasingly complex transformation programmes, we are hiring a Client Principal / Technical Engagement Manager to take ownership and lead our major strategic accounts and act as the senior bridge between our technical teams and our clients’ senior stakeholders, to ensure value realisation, account growth and delivery.

About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing engagement leadership role responsible for driving account success, delivery quality, and commercial growth across Appvia’s high-profile cloud transformation engagements. You will own the relationship with one or more strategic accounts, working on various projects from cloud migration and automation to platform engineering and AI enablement programmes and will ensure that Appvia becomes a trusted, long-term strategic partner.
This is a multi-faceted, post-sales role blending technical account leadership, delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, and commercial ownership. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Head of Cloud Solutions, Head of Solutions Engineering, and Practice Leaders, ensuring clients see measurable value from our work while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the partnership. This role is also billable and will play a key part in shaping Appvia’s future client engagement model and the evolution of a wider Client Solutions function.
