About the Role
The Operations EWM Analyst will support operational teams in their daily use of SAP, acting as the first point of contact for system queries and helping ensure systems align with how processes run on site. Acting as a link between Operations, IT and Continuous Improvement, you will analyse operational data, identify opportunities to improve processes, and support testing, training and user adoption. You will play a key role in driving operational improvement initiatives across the business and support the distribution centre’s transition to a new system, coordinating activities with operational teams, supporting testing (UAT), gathering feedback and ensuring a smooth implementation and go‑live.
About You
You are a well‑organised and proactive individual who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes, and working closely with operational teams. You are comfortable communicating with both operational users and technical teams and can identify opportunities to improve efficiency through systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential
- Experience with SAP ECC, EWM (including legacy and S/4 environments) or a similar ERP system in an operational environment
- Understanding of operational or supply chain processes
- Experience supporting or participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Working knowledge of Lean principles and their practical application
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or change projects
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution or supply chain operations
