Position summary: 12.30 - 20.30, 13.00 - 21.00 or 14.00 - 22.00 Monday - Thursday, 09.00 - 17.00 Friday (Onsite whilst training then 3 days onsite, 2 days hybrid)
We are seeking a highly organised Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. This role is central to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting smooth administrative processes across supplier payments.
The Role:
- Accurately process and record supplier invoices, ensuring correct approvals and purchase order matching
- Maintain up-to-date records in Catalent’s ERP system with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor invoice workflows, track progress, and oversee payment scheduling for designated sites
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company payment policies
- Respond to supplier queries promptly, maintaining clear documentation of communications
- Apply supplier discounts and maintain records to maximize financial value
- Collaborate with internal teams to support service expectations and resolve administrative issues
- Assist the Global AP Leader with reporting, documentation, and ad hoc administrative projects
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or administrative finance roles
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using Microsoft packages including Excel
- Team-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
