Cygnet Newham House is seeking a confident Female Support Worker to deliver outstanding care to women in our 20-bed neuropsychiatric facility.

You’ll work 42 hours a week across 12-hour day and night shifts, providing physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and assistance to maintain residents’ independence.

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check; flexible overtime and ongoing coaching are provided.
