A Senior Manager role could have the following responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Value Creation: Own and enhance the Group’s financial planning framework to drive transparency, capital discipline, and performance visibility. Challenge assumptions and identify value creation opportunities across the portfolio while streamlining planning cycles for speed and precision.
  • Operational Efficiency & Automation: Lead initiatives to optimize finance operations and unlock margin through process simplification, automation, and data‑led decision support — ensuring scalable, high‑ROI financial infrastructure.
  • Performance Analysis & Investment Insight: Deliver rigorous financial analysis and investment modelling that inform strategic decisions, track value delivery, and support performance improvement initiatives across OpCos and portfolio functions.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to OpCo and Group leadership — translating complex financials into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic direction and optimize capital allocation.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, develop, and empower a high‑performing, lean finance team with a commercial and investment mindset — building capability to support portfolio transformation and sustained value creation.

We tend to look for people with:

  • A strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Fintech and/or other adjacent industries.
  • Good generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination.
  • Experience in an International or Pan‑European environment.
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast‑paced environment with a focus on value creation.
