Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with mid-market customers in Data and Analytics. Responsible for the entire customer relationship lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, this role involves ensuring customers realize value from our solutions.

This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our London office up to two days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B software background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts effectively.
