As a Technical Tender Manager in our Customer Engineering team, you lead the technical coordination of complex tender opportunities and help define solutions for major power transmission projects. Based in Stafford in a hybrid role, you work at the centre of technical decision-making during the tender phase. You bring together multidisciplinary teams, guide the development of robust and competitive solutions, and act as a trusted technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Your work helps ensure that proposals are technically strong, practical to deliver, and aligned with customer needs and business goals.
What you’ll do
- You lead the technical coordination of large and complex tenders, helping shape high-value solutions from an early stage and ensuring engineering activities are delivered to time, quality, and scope expectations.
