- Prepare, maintain, and submit site documentation including Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), site reports, and drawings.
- Monitor health, safety, and CDM compliance across all site activities.
- Track progress against the project plan, flag risks, and escalate potential pitfalls to the project manager.
- Ensure all completed works are accurately recorded and signed off ahead of project closure.
- Occasional travel to offshore or overseas sites, including within the Nordics, may be required depending on project demand.
Essential Requirements:
- National Grid Competent Person status.
- Proven experience in site management within the transmission and distribution or substation environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation activities.
Nice‑to‑have qualifications:
- SR163/TP137 qualification.
- Familiarity with CDM regulations.

- Competitive, market‑aligned salary + an annual performance‑based bonus plan.
- 26 days vacation + bank holidays.
- Company car, laptop, and phone.
- Overtime and site‑work premiums.
- Structured onboarding with support from experienced managers.
- Career growth opportunities.
- Flexible benefits so you can build a package that fits your personal needs.
