- Key duties…
- Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and member satisfaction
- Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
- Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities
- Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management
- Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception
- Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns
- Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence.
- Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team.
- What we are looking for…
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role
- Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification (e. g., NVQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)
- Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
