Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing communications programs across traditional and digital channels to consumers.
- Execution of the marketing plan to timeframe and to budget.
- End-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work with internal departments to source relevant products, offers, messaging and creative to support campaign activity.
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing and budget reconciliation to ensure your marketing activities are delivered to budget on a monthly basis and support the wider team with budget inputs.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships across internal & external stakeholders including the Regent offices in US & Australia, and provide expert advice, support and services as required.
- Copywriting and editing support for marketing collateral including brochures and Direct Mail.
- Produce a variety of sales support material (brochures, flyers, merchandise) on time and to budget.
- Co‑ordinate and manage print marketing activity with designers and third‑party print management company.
- Special ad hoc projects as required.
Experience
- You will be a highly‑motivated team player, with a tertiary qualification in marketing/tourism and a minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
- Your creative skills, diligent focus on execution and relevant travel industry experience plus a passion for travel will see you thrive in this dynamic role.
- Travel industry experience advantageous.
- Experience with a large multi‑national organisation desirable.
Competencies / Skills
- Proven experience executing marketing campaigns to timeframe and to budget.
- Experience in understanding of marketing planning.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding project management and time management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite.
