Support the Snr Marketing Manager and department on all aspects of print and digital consumer marketing, such as direct mail, email, events, and advertising for all international regions.
Create design briefs, content and coordinate internal and external suppliers to produce print and digital marketing collateral, such as direct mail, emails, flyers, brochures and advertisements.
Assist with management of freelance team including translators and external graphic designers.
Coordinate advertising campaigns for all regions for consumer publications across all channels.
Assist with campaign management by proofing of marketing assets, communication plans and reporting.
Work with international teams or independent third-party suppliers on marketing requirements and briefs in a joint and collaborative way, ensuring that creation processes are efficient and delivered on time.
Execute the production of advertising campaigns by managing and maintaining the advertising schedule and the creation of adverts.
Work closely with the sales teams ensuring that their marketing needs are met, and they are kept up-to-date in regards to both current and forthcoming campaigns.
Support with detailed proofing of print and digital marketing collateral.
Support the organisation and delivery of national and international events, ensuring required marketing support is provided and delivered in a timely manner across all touch points, from set up, right through to post-event reporting.
Attend and represent Oceania Cruises at internal and external events.
Take part in all key regional marketing and sales meetings.
Champion the Oceania Cruises brand by ensuring all engagement activities, both internally and externally, reflect the brand guidelines.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Communications
- Experience of working with and briefing multiple internal and external suppliers
- Experience of collateral creation (copy writing, proofing and production)

- Exceptional attention to detail with meticulous proofreading and fact-checking skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
