Opportunity We’re searching for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Content Supply Chain team. Our team of SCs specialise in a suite of Adobe solutions covering content & asset management, workflow, agentic & generative AI and agentic web.

Responsibilities As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role that combines deep product expertise with the ability to inspire and persuade. The role involves running discovery sessions to understand customer problems, crafting inspiring customer demonstrations, presenting technology and being the “go to” person for an Adobe product or set of products.

Requirements A strong understanding of technology and how this can drive digital transformation. A strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging trends like Agentic AI. 5+ years’ experience with a CMS or DXP platform in a developer, consultant, or architect role. 2+ years’ experience with DAM (e.g. AEM Assets) and workflow (e.g. Workfront) solutions in an administrative role. 5+ years’ experience with Javascript and other “front-end” coding skills. Exceptional presentation skills, conversational skills, and experience as a trusted advisor. Strong demonstration and value-selling experience. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in building and communicating use cases and value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications A good understanding of digital technologies in general e.g. web, mobile, CRM, etc. A strong aim to succeed in a fast-paced & highly dynamic environment and be strongly motivated. Experience in technical pre‑sales is preferred; otherwise, able to demonstrate strong presentation skills. The ability to participate & lead in customer workshops, presentations, and other working sessions as required. Good storytelling skills, letting your passion shine through. An obvious passion for tech with a proven track record of staying up to date. Good knowledge of the competitive landscape for other CMS, DAM & workflow vendors.
