We are excited to be looking for a curious, proactive, and solutions-driven Solutions Architect Executive to join our Strategic Operations team. Our mission is to dig into the details of processes, technology, and projects to help our agency and our clients run like a well-oiled machine. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate and map out existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Propose and implement smarter, simpler solutions, from advanced Excel models to large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline both internal and client-facing processes.
- Collaborate with external developers and third-party tools to deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Dive into data sets and translate findings into insights, dashboards, and presentations that drive decision-making.
- Construct dynamic Excel models and dashboards (with advanced formulas) to track performance metrics, revenue growth, and project milestones.
- Work closely with various project teams to scope out needs, define success metrics, and determine the resources required to roll out solutions.
- Coordinate projects end to end, from scoping needs and defining success metrics to managing timelines and resources.
- Work closely with teams across departments, finance, consulting, IT and beyond, to ensure alignment and impact.
- Present progress, solutions, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and confident way.

REQUIREMENTS
The following are essential:
- Proven experience with advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables; VBA knowledge a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps or willingness to learn quickly.
- Exposure to third-party dev tools, integrations, and a passion for learning new platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn messy data into meaningful reports or dashboards.
- Basic project management experience, comfortable juggling tasks, coordinating across teams, and keeping projects on track.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A knack for explaining technical jargon in a way that anyone can understand.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with other Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Flow, Power BI, etc.).
- Previous exposure to software development cycles or external vendor collaborations.
