The role blends data‑driven strategy with creative production across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 5 years of experience managing and growing organic communities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Expert‑level proficiency with Hootsuite (Analytics, Listening, and Planner) and mobile content tools; paid content promotion experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing external agencies or contractors.
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to define metrics and translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Comfortable working directly with C‑Suite and senior leaders to extract stories and manage their digital presence.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience working within a Social Media Agency.
- Prior experience in AdTech or a similar B2B technology company.
- A portfolio demonstrating highly impactful organic campaigns.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead the continuous development and evolution of the organic social media strategy for the Taboola and Realize brands.
- Define organic KPIs and manage the Hootsuite ecosystem, extracting actionable insights to pivot strategy and prove ROI to leadership.
- Concept, film, and produce high‑impact “hero” organic assets, optimizing content for the algorithms of each platform.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, managing their personal social media profiles and producing high‑level thought leadership content.
- Lead and manage external contractors, including agencies and freelance designers/editors, ensuring quality control and seamless workflow.
- Navigate a complex global organization to align social media assets with regional teams and business units, ensuring brand consistency at scale.
