Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Pest & Bird Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective pest control solutions to commercial and domestic clients in the south west and outer London region. This role involves managing bird infestations, including seagulls, pigeons, and other birds. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits, preparing treatment schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective pest control services to commercial and domestic clients in the south west region.

• Manage bird infestations, including seagulls, pigeons, and other birds.

• Conduct site visits to assess pest problems and prepare treatment schedules.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.

• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and customer interactions.

• Adhere to all safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.

• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to pest control.

• Assist with training new employees and provide support to senior staff members.

• Training and working with birds of prey with full training will be give. Previous experience considered.

• Ability to house birds of prey will be required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pest control or similar field.
• Knowledge of local wildlife laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
